Your counter, under your control.
Know what sold, what is left, who still owes you, and what you earned today — for one shop or ten, in one place.
No computer experience needed. We load your products, train your staff at your counter, and stay with you on WhatsApp afterwards.
Sample receipt — weight, rounding and points included
The daily headache
If this sounds like your shop, this system is for you.
Counting by hand
Slips, a notebook and a calculator. One wrong figure spoils the whole day's account, and you only find out at night.
Guessing your stock
Fast items run out while your money sits stuck in slow ones. Orders are placed on a guess.
The udhaar khata
Customer balances live in a copy that gets lost or torn — and the money comes back late, or not at all.
Expiry losses
Medicine, milk, bakery — once the date passes, it is a straight loss. For medical stores this is the biggest leak of all.
Discounts you cannot see
No record of who made which sale, how much they knocked off, or why the cash drawer is short.
Blind on your other shop
With more than one shop, every branch keeps its own account and its own stock — and you never see one clear picture.
One sale, start to finish
At the counter, you only ever do three things.
Everything else — reducing the stock, working out the profit, writing the ledger — the system does by itself, in the same second.
Beep the barcode
Scan the barcode, or type two letters of the name. Loose goods — flour, sugar, vegetables — come off the weighing scale with the price already worked out.
Take the money, receipt prints
Cash, card, mobile wallet or bank — or half and half. The change is rounded for you and the receipt prints at once.
The books are already written
Stock down, profit recorded, tax set aside, customer points added. You write nothing down.
What is inside
One system, from the counter to your profit.
You do not buy three separate programs. It is all joined together, which is why the numbers never disagree with each other.
At the counter
- A fast sale screen, keyboard shortcuts, and quick keys for loose goods
- A second screen facing the customer, so they watch their own total
- Park a sale, print a small ticket, scan it later and carry on
- Refunds: scan the old receipt's barcode, take back all of it or part of it
- Every cashier has a PIN, and a big discount needs the manager's approval
Your stock
- Live stock for every shop and godown, separately
- Buy by the carton, sell by the piece — the conversion is automatic
- Batches and expiry dates: the nearest-to-expire stock sells first
- A ready-made “what to order” list
- Stocktake sheets you can count while the shop is still trading
Buying & suppliers
- Send an order, then receive the delivery against that same order
- Enter the cost and it suggests the selling price at the margin you want
- Every supplier's balance, payments and returns in one place
- Return damaged goods and keep the credit note on record
- Print your own barcode labels and shelf price tags
Money & accounts
- Sell on udhaar with a credit limit, and print the customer's statement
- Separate retail and wholesale rates, applied automatically per customer
- Offers, loyalty points and gift cards, without a separate register
- A proper double-entry ledger that writes itself as you trade
- Nothing is ever deleted; a mistake is corrected by a reversal you can see
Reports you will actually read
- Today's sales, today's profit, and the busiest hour of the day
- What is moving, and what has been sitting dead for months
- Who owes you, how much, and for how long
- Each cashier's sales, discounts and cash-drawer difference
- Every report exports to Excel or PDF, printed on your own letterhead
Owner's control
- Each employee sees only what you allow them to see
- A full trail of who changed what, and when
- Prices are decided by the server, so they cannot be edited at the till
- Automatic daily backups, so your data cannot simply vanish
- Check your shop from your phone, from home or on the road
The internet problem
The internet goes. Your shop keeps selling.
This happens every week here, so it was built for exactly that. When the line drops, the counter carries on — sales go through, receipts still print. The moment the line returns, everything uploads itself.
Invoice numbers never clash
Each till holds its own reserved run of numbers, so two identical receipts can never be created.
Prices cannot be tampered with
The offline price list is sealed. If anyone edits it, or it is stale, the server refuses those sales.
What offline does not cover
Udhaar sales, points, offers, gift cards and refunds need the line. We tell you this now, not after you buy.
Set up for your kind of shop
The same system, set up differently for each kind of shop.
One counter, one owner, and no time to spare
For a neighbourhood shop the main thing is that the system must not slow the counter down. On day one we switch on only the parts you need.
- Works without barcodes tooItems with no barcode get a picture button on the screen — one tap adds them.
- Loose goods from the scaleFlour, sugar, pulses, vegetables — scan the scale's label and the weight and price fill in.
- Udhaar without the copyEvery regular customer has a ledger. At collection time you hand them a printed statement.
- One computer is enoughNo expensive machines, no separate server. An ordinary computer and a printer will do.
Many tills, thousands of items, and a rush hour
In a big store the money leaks in small places: a wrong rate, an unchecked discount, an empty shelf, an old price card. This closes those gaps.
- Every till accounts for itselfOpening float, closing count — any difference shows up with a name against it.
- Promotions under controlPercent off, buy-one-get-one, department offers — set the dates and they switch themselves off.
- Shelf cards in your own brandChange a price, print the new card at once. The shelf and the till never disagree.
- Godown and floor kept apartMove stock from the godown to the floor and both balances correct themselves immediately.
Where the batch and the date matter most
A pharmacy's biggest loss is medicine that expires, and its biggest responsibility is knowing which batch went to whom. Both are built in.
- Every batch carries its own dateThe same medicine is held as separate batches, and the one expiring first is the one that sells.
- A warning before it is too lateA list of what expires in the coming weeks, early enough to return it to the supplier or clear it at a markdown.
- Returns to the company, on recordGoods sent back, the credit note and the balance — all written down, nothing left to memory.
- Strip, box or cartonBuy by the carton and sell by the strip; the conversion is handled for you.
All your shops on one screen
The day you open a second shop, the accounting gets hard. This was built for several shops from the start; it was not bolted on later.
- Separate stock and sales per branchAnd one place to compare them: which shop is ahead, and where the money is stuck.
- Move stock between branchesSend goods from one shop to another and both balances settle at once.
- Each branch prints its own receiptIts own address, phone and receipt layout, inside the one system.
- Staff see only their own shopYou see everything, a manager sees their branch, a cashier sees their till.
Why you can trust it
This is not an experiment. It runs a real store, every day.
A supermarket runs its sales, stock and accounts on it every day — in rupees, in Urdu, under its own brand.
No change reaches your shop until more than nine hundred tests have passed on it.
Database and files both, with an automatic check every hour that your site is up.
Computer, laptop or phone — open Chrome and start working.
What you need to start
Only this much equipment — and you probably own most of it already.
A computer or laptop
An ordinary machine is enough. One per counter.
An internet connection
Normal DSL or mobile internet. Sales continue even when it drops.
A barcode scanner
A few thousand rupees, and it doubles the speed of the counter.
A thermal receipt printer
58mm or 80mm — both are supported.
Cash drawer & weighing scale
A label-printing scale if you sell loose goods.
How we get you started
You do not have to learn anything first. That part is our job.
1. We look at your shop
Half an hour on the phone or WhatsApp: what you sell, how many counters, whether you give udhaar, how much expiry hurts you.
2. We load your products for you
From your old list, an Excel file or your supplier's invoices — rates, barcodes and departments included. You do not sit and type.
3. Training at your own counter
Your staff are trained on the same screen they will use. Making a sale takes about an hour to learn.
4. We stay close for the first week
Answers on WhatsApp, and a visit if it is needed. You are not left alone in the rush.
5. After that it is simply yours
New features arrive on their own, and your data is saved every night.
See it for yourself
Open the demo. Nothing you do there can break anything.
A made-up shop with a month of trading already in it: products, suppliers, customers on udhaar, deliveries and a few hundred sales. Make a sale, refund part of it, send stock to another branch, then open today's profit and watch it change.

The questions owners actually ask
Straight questions, straight answers.
I do not know computers. Can I still run this?
My staff will never learn. They are used to the register.
What does it cost?
Is my data safe? Can you see it?
What if the power or the internet goes?
Can the receipts and reports be in Urdu?
What happens to my old records?
I have just one small shop. Is this too big for me?
Next step
